Firmware Installation Instructions

• Format the thumb drive.
• Unzip the firmware zip file.
• Take the 3 files out of the folder and copy them to the thumb drive--do not put the folder on the thumb drive.
• Turn on the MP80 _without_ the thumb drive plugged in.
• Once it is at the home screen, go to MENU>MORE>MORE>FIRMWARE>LOAD NEW CONTROLLER FIRMWARE and follow the on screen directions from there.
• Once it starts loading, the screen will blank. DO NOT REMOVE THE THUMB DRIVE at this point.
• The 3 leds on the right will come on.
• As the firmware loads, the leds will go off one at a time.
• Once it is done it will reboot and the Intro (Fair Play) screen will come up.
• At this point the firmware has been loaded and the thumb drive can be removed.
• After loading new firmware it is recommended to always clear out all the data by starting a New Game (MENU>NEW GAME>YES)
